Join Our Independent Team as a Dental Practice Manager

Location: Bristol (just 15 minutes from the city centre)
Hours: 32 hours per week (4 flexible days)

Salary: From £32k (Pro Rata £40k+)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Database Management: Proactively manage patient recalls, ensure data integrity, and optimise diary occupancy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead our reception and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient engagement and a seamless patient journey.
  • Performance Reporting: Collaborate with principal dentists and external business partners to provide timely KPI reports and drive continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Offer proactive and flexible administrative support to allow the principal dentist's to focus on clinical work.

What We're Looking For:

  • Dental Practice Experience: Ideally, you've worked in an NHS practice and understand what drives good performance.
  • Organisational Skills: You are well-organised, able to prioritise, and use your initiative to solve problems.
  • Leadership: You have leadership experience and can manage a team in a motivational and focused manner.
  • Customer Care: You have experience delivering excellent customer care in a busy dental environment.
  • Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and are comfortable with phone and presentation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a good standard of grammar and spelling, and are IT competent, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and dental practice software.
